With over seven years of experience in the construction industry, including five years in construction management and general contracting, I bring a wealth of hands-on expertise and leadership to every project. I hold a Business Administration degree from Texas State University, which complements my practical experience with strong business and organizational skills. Tammy Combs began her career managing apartments in the Fort Worth, Arlington and North Dallas. She managed all aspects of the business from rent collections, evictions, preparing budgets to hiring a staff, as well as vendors. She transitioned to HOA management with a large management company based in Dallas where she managed a portfolio of single-family neighborhoods including a community of over 3,000 homes. After aquiring her real estate license she worked with a brokerage specializing in residential homes and condominiums where she developed extensive knowledge in HOA rules and regulations.
